Child Care Center - Music & Movement Zones (2026-2027)

Behind every exceptional nurse, physician, and clinician is a parent who deserves the peace of mind that their child is safe and thriving. At Eisenhower Health, we are answering their plea building a new Child Care Center. Your grant will help equip 11 classrooms with high-quality STEM materials, gross motor development toys, musical instruments, dramatic play, soft play, and classroom environment resources to spark creativity, build school readiness, and support healthy physical development. These are not just toys; they are the building blocks of a child's future. By investing in child care, we are strengthening workforce stability, supporting recruitment and retention, and ensuring healthcare professionals can focus fully on their patients, teams and community. When we care of the people who take care of us, the impact reaches far beyond the classroom and benefits our entire region.

Family Birth Center- SNOO Smart Sleepers & BiliCocoon Nests (2025-2026)

Eisenhower is proud to be the first hospital in Southern California to implement a Substance Exposure Program for newborns suffering from Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome, a condition where infants experience painful withdrawal symptoms including uncontrollable tremors, high-pitched cries and difficulty sleeping. With nearly 90% eventually placed in foster care, their hospital stays can stretch for weeks. These babies require around the clock care and the new SNOO Smart Sleepers make a meaningful difference. The responsive bassinet gently rocks, swaddles, and sooths infants with calming white noise, adding an hour of sleep per night, supporting neurological development and saving up to four hours of clinical care time per baby per day.

Parents with newborns born with jaundice will now have a BiliCocoon Nest System to deliver gentle, full-body, 360° LED phototherapy allowing parents to hold, feed, and bond with their babies during treatment. The BiliCocoon will help in reducing anxiety, strengthening bonds, and in many cases shortening hospital stays and preventing NICU readmissions.
