The TEAM GPS Foundation's Passport to Leadership program is an immersive four-week experience designed to cultivate future leaders across the Coachella Valley's dynamic regional economy. Introducing rising high school seniors from all three Coachella Valley school districts to diverse career pathways in hospitality, tourism, technology, agriculture, and healthcare, the program features presentations by industry leaders, dynamic workshops, and behind-the-scenes venue tours. Emphasizing career exploration, professional development, leadership, teamwork, and communication, students gain real-world knowledge, an industry certification, and create valuable professional networks, equipping them to become the region's next generation of leaders.
